The METRO Travel Centre at Keighley Bus Station, open Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 to 16.30

The METRO Travel Centres at Bradford Interchange and Leeds City Bus Station, which are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 08.30 to 17.30, Friday 09.00 to 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 to 16.30

When the Travel Centre at Keighley Bus Station is closed, our Duty Manager is there to assist you Monday to Friday 08.15 to 23.00, Saturday 08.15 to 23.00, Sunday 11.00 to 23.00

Tourist Information Centre, Town Hall, High Street, Skipton: between April to October 09.30 to 16.30 Monday to Saturday: between November to March 09.30 to 16.00 Monday to Saturday: and the first Sunday of each month 10.00 to 16.00

They will take things further for you. If they can't resolve it, they are partners in the Bus Appeals Body who will issue a decision about your difficulty.
